Carrot Seed is one of the best ”anti-aging” oils because of its high amount of collagen-boosting vitamin C. It can smooth out fine lines and even help to heal scars on the face.

Manjistha is an Ayurvedic help that is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-bacterial which makes it especially beneficial for breakouts and acne-prone skin. It has also traditionally been used to remove sun spots.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the oldest continually practiced medical system in the world that originated in India. It is based on principles of the three body types, also called doshas, which represent the 5 elements. Ayurveda is a practice that focuses on healing the body, mind, and spirit, as they are not seen as separate. Ayurveda is not shortsighted and seeks out the long-term goal in each unique individual.
